Canada Postal Workers Strike -12.4.24 Update

Canada customers, thank you so much for your order or interest in my work! In an effort to not undermine the power of the Canada Union of Postal Workers in their effort to seek higher wages and better medical benefits I have decided to not seek out an alternate shipping option with private shipping companies. I hope you will understand that this decision is rooted in supporting unionized workers in their struggle for fair wages. 

I do apologize for the inconvenience. If you have placed an order already I will reach out to you regarding waiting or canceling your order. If you want to place an order from Canada, you are welcome to make a purchase but please know I will not be shipping until the strike is over.

Shipping + Shipping Timeline 

I ship all packages from Chicago, Illinois through the United States Postal Service within 3-5 Business Days of purchase. Domestic customers within the US will have a choice between Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. International packages with be shipping USPS First Class International Mail.

Exchanges 

I do not process exchanges. You are however welcome to return an item for a refund and place a new order for the item you are seeking. Please follow instructions for Returns below. 

Returns

I gladly accept returns. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. I will send you a prepaid return shipping label for you to print out and use to mail the item back to us. Upon arrival I issue you a refund for your item(s) minus shipping charges. 

Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of delivery.

Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.

I reserve the right to issue partial refunds or refuse refunds for items that are damaged and cannot be resold. 

DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Lost or Stolen Package 

If your package becomes lost in the mail and tracking says it has not arrived, please contact me

If your package says it was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local US Post Office, your mail carrier and neighbors first, to inquire about the package. We are not responsible for stolen packages. 

Please double check your address before checking out! We are not responsible for replacing packages with incorrect addresses. 

International Customs

We fill out each International Order with full and correct customs information according to USPS regulations. Unfortunately occasional International Customs duties and fees sometimes get added upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If your package gets held up at customs in your country, please contact your postal service. The package is unfortunately out of our control once it leaves. 

Sustainability 

Whenever possible we source our packaging from businesses who work toward creating environmentally friendly products. We do on occasion reuse packaging to extend it’s life. We appreciate your understanding here!
